Sport Workout For Kids
Sport Workout For Kids combines aerobic and core conditioning, flexibility exercises, footwork and hand-eye coordination drills. The emphasis is on developing core fitness, dynamic flexibility, agility and explosive movement that can easily translate into improved performance in all team sports.

Often children participating in team sports do not have time to develop the abilities they need to truly excel on the field or the court.  Once the season begins, actual game participation is the only way your child is practicing the fundamentals of what the team sport entails.

Sport Workout For Kids will give your child that extra time to work on athletic talents that will help him or her perform game fundamentals in a more confident and powerful manner.

There must be a minimum of 5 children enrolled to hold the class.
