Paula Lazarz has been a
certified personal trainer since the year 2000. Her primary area of
focus and concentration is getting previously sedentary and/or currently
inactive people into an active lifestyle. She welcomes people who have
health issues due to lifestyles challenges that need to be addressed.
Paula believes there is a fundamental shift
that needs to happen inside a person in order to become fully committed
to pursuing an exercise program. It is often a mystery as to why that
shift can and does occur. Paula will help you get past your initial
resistance to change and to that committed place you need to be at to
truly enjoy the benefits exercise can offer. There is no easy way.
Becoming healthy takes work, determination and a certain amount of
discomfort in the beginning.
Paula's exercise approach is based on the
Functional Fitness modality. Her exercise programs are designed with
natural movements practiced and with homework that is easy to accomplish
with a little planning and/or simple exercise equipment. Her goal is
to teach you to integrate activity into your life in an easy,
realistic and practical way. This means no health club memberships you
are not going to use, no treadmills sitting in the basement collecting
dust, and realistic time commitments that will allow you to get in a
daily workout.
