We ask extensive questions about your lifestyle, interests, exercise history and support network to get a complete picture of who you are.
Exercise Programs
Based on the Fitness Evaluation and Lifestyle Information provided by you, we develop a concise, measurable, realistic exercise program designed to improve and maintain increased aerobic capacity, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
We also design programs with more specific goals - weight reduction, stress relief, or improved sports performance.
One-On-One Training
We provide hands-on instruction on how to exercise effectively and safely. Our motivational techniques will help you exercise regularly and give you the extra push to reach your goals.
Consultations
A one-on-one sit down to answer any questions you might have about your fitness, program design, lifestyle changes pertinent to your health, or how to set and keep your personal fitness goals.
Group Orientations
A 1-hour presentation on a relevant fitness topic for your group, along with a 1/2 hour Q & A session.
