This is a low intensity class that serves as a perfect introduction to Yoga and Pilates. Work on strengthening core muscles and gaining increased flexibility. For those of you who are nervous about starting an exercise program, this is a great class in which to take that first step.
For experienced exercisers, it allows extra time to increase range of motion and isolate abs and lower back. This class also is a great way to unwind after a stressful day.
