This class is designed for busy people who want to get a focused, direct and dynamic workout within a short amount of time.
Run
through a set of 3 to 9 exercise stations to isolate various muscles of
the body. Muscle groups emphasized will change from class-to-class. Dynamic exercises like jumping jacks and push-ups are
performed in between stations to improve endurance.
This class is also good for people who are looking to become more active and would like to start with a shorter session.
The 1/2 hour Strength and Stretch class follows immediately afterward for those who want a little more.
