The same hands-on approach provided with Personal Training, but geared toward a specific group of people who wish to train together. Studies have shown that people who work out with a partner or a group are more committed and reach their goals more consistently than people who try to go it alone. Do you have a friend or loved one who shares your desire to get in shape, run that marathon, or pick up tennis? Or maybe you would both like to find a way to spend more time together?
Personal Group Training involves each person getting their initial assessment and interviewing with one of our trainers so we can discover what each person's fitness goals are. Once this information is collected, a program is designed that takes each person's fitness level and goals into account. Some exercises are performed together and some are specific to each person.
