This class is designed for busy people who want to get a focused, direct and dynamic workout within a short amount of time.
Run
through a set of 10 - 12 exercise stations to isolate various muscles of
the body. Dynamic exercises like jumping jacks and push-ups are
performed in between stations to improve endurance. Swing a sledgehammer, flip a tire, pull a rope and to get in the same shape as a fighting soldier!
For
maximum results, we integrate plyometrics, resistance band training, and core conditioning with good old fashion Marine Corps
training.
